Our goal was to provide ŠKODA with an aspirational, design-led platform and digital toolset to deliver a truly class-leading experience for their customers.
The first design task was to facilitate a smooth migration from ŠKODAs old platform to a new one, maintaining a cohesive look and feel in the process.
As Head of Design I had to define our design approach, cast the team, and implement production processes to complete the project on time and on budget.
At Tribal we are also responsible for ŠKODAS showroom application - an essential sales tool, but more importantly, a key branch of our connected customer experience.
We inherited the app design from a previous agency, but have since added important functionality and redesigned the interface to unite our new ŠKODA brand experience with the showroom.
