This is the digital home of the Volkswagen Golf GTE launch campaign.
My role was to set the art direction for the campaign and roll-out design across the landing page and other digital touch-points.
With only a limited number of assets available, more pressure was placed on design to create a prominent art direction that aligned with the values of the GTE.
Motion was used to bring the project to life, and demonstrate the desired animation and interaction design of the landing page.
Bodymovin was used to export animations from AfterEffects, which could quickly be implemented into the build of the page.
A style guide for the campaign landing page was also created to help maintain consistency across other touch-points and assets. This style guide was also used to improve tech handover.
Desktop and mobile designs were created in parallel, ensuring the best possible experience for both devices.
